Healthcare providers signed up through Orunje can treat a broad array of common ailments. Some of these include: The common cold and flu, UTI's, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Heartburn, Skin problems, Pain (abdominal, back, headaches), Asthma, Pneumonia and many, many others. However, if you feel your condition is an emergency (i.e. chest pain, worst headache of your life), please call 911 immediately.

Our healthcare providers are fully licensed and if they determine you need medication, they will write you a prescription or call it in to the pharmacy of your choice.

There are no hidden fees with Orunje ... Ever! Regardless of the time the visit takes or any prescriptions needed, you will not be charged more than the flat rate paid at the time you submitted the request.

Unfortunately, we do not have a mobile app at the moment, however we are working on it and will make this available shortly!

We do not accept insurance at the current time, however, since all of our healthcare providers are licensed, you can file a claim with your insurance company and be reimbursed. Simply contact your insurance provider and fill out the claim form. However, given the large variations in insurance policies and network restrictions, we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.

As long as the request as not been accepted you may cancel it. Simply click the My Requests tab and the request should say pending, next to it will be a cancel option. Please click it and confirm you wish to cancel your request.

At Orunje we respect that things happen in life and that our clients' situations can change on a dime. But we also have a duty to our registered providers to ensure that they are taking time out of their day and making trips to people's homes or place of business for good purpose, and their efforts are worthwhile. Once a request is accepted it is routinely not refundable. However, if you feel your situation is such that warrants special consideration, please feel free to contact us by phone at our provided number.

We take pride in encrypting your information on our database with the highest level of security. We are constantly monitoring for attacks and will not give your information to any third parties.

Orunje operates as a platform to connect doctors with patients and does not serve to market any specific healthcare corporation or entity.

Orunje serves to act as an intermediary between healthcare providers and patients. We serve to connect patients for non-emergent situations with a physician. Furthermore, we make the process convenient and efficient, as healthcare providers will come to a location most suitable for you.

At this time Orunje does not allow for specific physician requests. We will be adding that feature at a later time. However, each one of the healthcare providers that signs up with our platform is screened meticulously and is highly trained.

The cost to see a licensed physician is $169 total and for a licensed nurse practitioner is $99 total. Both of these fees include a $20 service charge.

We are committed to the highest customer satisfaction. If you were dissatisfied by the healthcare service you received for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please call our direct number if the physician does not arrive in a timely manner. We will work to resolve the situation immediately.

We accept requests from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday-Friday and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday-Sunday. If a request is placed after 10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 pm on weekends, we will attempt our best to connect you with a physician the same day, however, we cannot guarantee a same day visit and you may be seen the following day.
